For accurate verification, customers should ensure that their registration information is entered exactly as it appears on their state-issued driver’s license, passport, or other federally accepted identification document.

 

Why wasn’t my identity verified? 

Golden Nugget Online Gaming partners with third-party identity verification vendors to validate the information submitted by customers during account registration. In some instances, our vendors may be unable to verify a customer's information.

If our third-party vendors are unable to verify a customer's identity, we’ll request that the customer upload an image of the front of their current valid government-issued ID, with all information clearly visible.

• Acceptable identification includes: 
  • Current driver’s license;
  • State-issued identification card; or
  • Passport/Passport Card
    • If you upload a passport, you will also need to provide proof of residence. Proof of residence documents must be dated within 90 days of the upload date, and include your name, current address, and a unique reference number (i.e. invoice, customer, or account number). How long does account verification take? 

Account verification usually takes a few minutes, but can take up to 48 hours, depending on whether the account needs to be manually verified through the Golden Nugget Online Gaming Customer Support Team. It is important to note, additional requests for updates during the manual verification process may cause delays.
