What you can do on Golden Nugget Online Gaming depends on where you are physically located, not where you live. Your available products and games change as you cross provincial or national borders.

If you're located in Alberta

Deposits are added to a provincial wallet based on where you are when you make your deposit, and those funds can only be used for play within that same province.

Funds held in a different provincial wallet will appear as Unavailable Funds in your Financial Center.

You can withdraw your CAD funds regardless of which provincial wallet holds them, provided the withdrawal is otherwise eligible.

Funds cannot be transferred between provincial wallets.

Why can't I access a vertical I used before?

Availability is set by the rules of the province, territory, or state you're physically in. If you've moved or you're travelling, a vertical you used somewhere else may not be available where you are now. Make sure location services are enabled on your device so we can confirm where you are.
